Ultimate boss Dana White kept his word and took the interim welterweight champion, Colby covington the White House to meet the President of the United States, Donald Trump. The loudmouth shared the photo on his Twitter to prove the meeting.
“As @POTUS @realDonaldTrump always says: Promises made. Promises kept. Nice to finally meet you, Mr. President. Thank you for always putting America first!” Covington wrote in his post.

The promise was made by Dana White to Colby after beating the Brazilian and former champion Rafael dos Anjos for the interim welterweight title in June this year at UFC 225 in Chicago, United States.
After winning the division's provisional gold, Covington guaranteed that he would face the linear champion, Tyron woodley to unify the title. An injury took him away from his plans, so Ultimate opted to hire Darren till against Woodley at UFC 228.
