UFC champion Leon Edwards celebrated Christmas in a special way: alongside his son and his three welterweight (up to 77kg) championship belts. The English fighter shared a photo in his living room, where he appears lying on the sofa with his son, while the trophies are displayed beside them.
The image also shows the house's Christmas decorations, with an illuminated tree and two UFC posters, one in honor of Edwards and another of his fight against Donald Cerrone.

Edwards, who is 32 years old, won all three belts in 2022 and 2023, in an impressive run in the octagon. He shocked the world by knocking out the then-undefeated Kamaru Usman in the fifth round of UFC 278 in August 2022, becoming the first UFC champion born in Jamaica.
In March 2023, Leon defended his title in a rematch against the Nigerian, winning by majority decision at UFC 286. And in December, the champion defeated Colby Covington by unanimous decision at UFC 296.
With these victories, Edwards established himself as one of the best fighters in UFC history, and also as one of the most popular. He is also an example of overcoming, as he had a difficult childhood, marked by the death of his father, who was murdered in a shootout in London, when the fighter was still a minor.
Edwards, who is nicknamed “Rocky”, in reference to Sylvester Stallone's character, aims to continue defending his belt and face the best challengers in the division. In his career, there are 22 positive results and three negative results, in addition to one fight without result.
