One of the biggest events in the world of MMA is approaching, and fans are already eager to know which fights will make up the historic UFC 300 , scheduled for April 2024. Among the possible fights, one in particular has caught the attention of an Ultimate fighter: Daniel Cormier vs. Brock Lesnar , a clash of giants between two former heavyweight champions.
Michael Chiesa , who currently competes in the welterweight division (up to 77kg), revealed on his X account, a social network that replaced the old Twitter, that this would be his ideal Christmas present. The American said he would like to see a heavyweight clash between former champions Daniel Cormier and Brock Lesnar on the historic card.

Daniel Cormier , 44, is considered one of the best fighters in MMA history. The American, who retired in 2020 after losing the heavyweight title to Stipe Miocic , has an impressive record of 22 wins, three losses, and one no contest.
At 46 years old, Brock Lesnar is a legend in MMA and pro-wrestling. The American, currently one of the biggest stars in WWE, a sports entertainment company, has a controversial MMA career. In nine fights, Lesnar won five, lost three, and one ended in a 'no contest' due to a positive doping test.
The possibility of a fight at UFC 300 is still uncertain, but not impossible. In 2018, the two even taunted each other inside the octagon. Lesnar was in the audience and climbed into the cage to challenge Cormier, but the fight never materialized. Now, with UFC 300 approaching, fans may have renewed hope of seeing this clash of titans happen.
