“He's kind of destroyed everyone he's ever fought, and I feel like when you get into a real first fight, it's different. You have to discover some things about yourself. Bo doesn't even know what a fighter he is now. He's very good and he's talented. I don't take anything away from the boy. I think he's a good fighter and did exactly what he was supposed to do against the people he fought, but I feel like I'm by far the toughest test of his career. I fought some really talented and scary guys. Some dangerous guys, and no one has really run over me yet, and I don't think Bo's going to be the first to do it. I’m very confident in my ability to win the fight and the things I bring to the table,” said Brundage.

One of the biggest names in wrestling history, Bo Nickal transitioned to professional MMA in 2022 and has remained undefeated in the sport ever since, with five wins. All of his career victories have been by knockout or submission.
