Just over a week ago, Alex Poatan shook the MMA world by posting a mysterious equation on his Instagram, stirring up fans of the sport about a possible fight at UFC 300. However, the light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg) disappointed everyone by claiming it was all just a dream and that the post was only to see if any followers could help him solve the 'enigma'.

“I dreamed. I had a dream, I saw the numbers 30, 300, I saw three and I said, 'Hey, I'll put it there and see if someone can figure it out'. People are trying and some are saying things that I hadn't even thought of. Sometimes it makes sense, but it wasn't at all. I dreamed of the numbers and put them there, just like now. That's how I am, I dream about the charts. I played in the raffle once and won a motorcycle. Two months later, I entered the raffle again and won two bikes. That’s who I am,” Poatan told ‘The Mac Life’ channel.

Last November, Poatan made MMA history by knocking out Czech fighter Jiri Prochazka and winning the light heavyweight title. Now, the Brazilian joins the select group of fighters who have won two titles in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), all in just seven fights in the world's largest MMA organization.

Johnny Walker opens up about his heavyweight debut at UFC 332.
