Target of bite in his UFC debut, André Mascote has a new fight confirmed at a huge event

Involving an unprecedented episode in the organization, flyweight is selected on a card that takes place in June

Victim of the first bite in the history of Ultimate, André Mascote had a new fight confirmed by the organization. The target of an unprecedented episode in the company, which resulted in the disqualification and dismissal of rival Igor Severino, the flyweight (up to 56,7kg.) faces Hyun Sung Park in the UFC 302, which takes place in Newark, in the United States. The information was released by the athlete's manager, Lucas Lutkus.

Brazilian promise in flyweight, André is undefeated in his career in professional MMA. At 25 years old, the São Paulo native has accumulated eight consecutive victories, five of which on the fast track.

After facing the then undefeated Igor Severino last month, Mascote, once again, will share the octagon with an opponent who doesn't know what it's like to lose in the sport. Sung Park has never been defeated in nine mixed martial arts encounters.

So far, the UFC 302 it still doesn't have a main fight. Recently, Islam makhachev, lightweight champion (up to 70,3kg.) suggested performing in the month of June, when the show takes place, but there remains no official challenge.
