Khamzat Chimaev breaks protocol and makes unprecedented request to the UFC to fight Robert Whittaker

Opponent of former middleweight champion in inaugural event in Saudi Arabia, company's pupil dares to suggest 'alternative confrontation'

Escalated to face Robert whittaker No. UFC Saudi Arabia, Khamzat Shimaev he exuded confidence in the commitment and suggested breaking protocol for the fight. Opponent of the former middleweight champion (up to 83,9kg), the Ultimate student proposed that the clash should have 10 rounds scheduled. The idea was published on the fighter's social networks and later deleted.

“We’re going to do a 10-round fight for the first time. Come on, UFC and Dana White”, wrote Chimaev, on his profile on X, old Twitter.
