Last Saturday (13), the fighting world witnessed a spectacle of strength and precision in the UFC 300. Alex Poatán, recently crowned light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg), stepped into the octagon for his first title defense and did not disappoint.

In less than four minutes, the Brazilian brutalized Jamahal hill, with a performance that is already being considered one of the most dominant in the history of the category.

But what few know is that the devastating knockout was not the result of chance. In a video released this Wednesday (17), Poatan reveals that he trained, with surgical precision, the movements that led him to victory.

In the images (see below), it is possible to see the champion repeating, exhaustively, the left kicks, the jabs to the waist and the right hook that defined the fight.

With the dominant victory, Alex consolidates himself as one of the most dangerous fighters in the light heavyweight division (up to 93 kg.). He, after the fight, was praised by famous MMA personalities, such as Jon Jones.

At 36 years old, the Brazilian is at the peak of his career, seems determined to reign for a long time and has ten positive results and two negative results.
