Main coach of Sean Strickland, Erick Nicksick predicts a tough fight between the former middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg) and the Brazilian Paulo borrachinha, who face each other in five rounds in the co-main fight of UFC 302, on the 1nd of June.

“I like this fight. Man, (Paulo) Costa is a beast. This guy is an animal. I was corner against him once with Uriah Hall. I thought he was good against Robert whittaker. For me, Robert whittaker, in terms of skill, is elite in the division. If there weren't Israel adesanya, Robert whittaker he would be the champion for a long time. So, performing as well as he did against Whittaker shows that Costa is a beast and is back. It’s going to be a tough fight”, praised the coach.
