Sean Strickland does not see a scenario for defeat in the fight against Paulo borrachinha No. UFC 302. At a press conference, the North American said, loudly and clearly, that he sees himself as a superior athlete to Minas Gerais. Both seek to return to their winning ways in this Saturday's event (1).

“I’m better than Costa (Borrachinha). I know this and he knows it too. I need to do some big shit to lose. Have I done it before? Yes. But I don't think it will happen this Saturday. I just can’t be an idiot,” Strickland said.

Coming from defeat to Robert whittaker, Borrachinha will have a 'golden opportunity' in UFC 302. If he overcomes the North American, the Brazilian will resume his prominent position in the top 5 of the middleweight division (up to 83,9kg).

This Saturday's event marks Sean's first commitment since the athlete lost his division belt. The athlete is trying to regain his status as title challenger.
