VIDEO: Mike Tyson makes promise and intimidates Jake Paul after rescheduled boxing fight

Legend felt unwell on the flight and the challenge, which was to take place in July, was postponed until November

After feeling sick on a flight and having a boxing match against Jake Paul remarked, Mike Tyson sent an intimidating message to the digital influencer. On his social networks, the multiple world heavyweight champion guaranteed an overwhelming performance in the challenge. The fight, which was supposed to take place in July, was postponed until November 15th.

“New date, but the same outcome. I will knock out the Jake Paul,” Tyson said.

Combat sports legend, Mike will fight professionally for the first time in almost 20 years. His last engagement came in 2005, when he was outbid by Kevin McBride.

In 2020, Tyson held a friendly match against Roy Jones Jr. In the clash, the American had an advantage over his opponent throughout the rounds played.


New 'sensation' of boxing, Jake Paul gained notoriety in the sport by challenging MMA veterans. In recent years, the athlete has won victories over Ben Askren, Tyron woodley, Anderson Silva e Nate diaz.

Controversial challenge

In recent months, some combat sports personalities have expressed discomfort with the challenge between Tyson and Jake. Part of the criticism is due to the age difference between the fighters.


On the day of the confrontation, Mike will be 58 years old. The digital influencer, in turn, will have 27, adding up to a 31 difference.
