After suffering his second defeat to Alex Poatán in less than eight months, the former light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg.) Jiri Prochazka broke the silence and spoke about the knockout suffered in UFC 303 last Saturday (29), in Las Vegas (USA). On his social networks, the Czech, who was knocked out in the second round, recognized the Brazilian's superiority and put his future in MMA in question.
"Thank you all for the support. I thank you, Alex, for the fight. You were better. Only one thing runs through my mind: I need to evolve to the next level, or I won't fight again. Simple as that, to be the strongest, this is the way. Thanks. See you soon at the gym”, said Jiri.

With the setback, Prochazka now has two defeats to the current light heavyweight belt holder and faces an uncertain outlook in the division. The 31-year-old fighter must still receive a medical suspension from the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NAC) for the knockout suffered and could remain inactive for a long period.
In his professional career in martial arts, there are 30 positive results and five negative results, in addition to one draw.
