Jean Silva didn't even have time to rest after the knockout victory over Charles Jourdain on the preliminary card of UFC 303, last Saturday (29), and has already defined the next challenge in the organization. The Brazilian featherweight (up to 65,7 kg) answered a call to move up to the lightweight division (up to 70,3 kg), replacing the injured man Mike Davis and face the veteran Drew dober at UFC Denver, on July 13th. The fight was announced by Ultimate last Wednesday (3).

Signed through the Contender Series in 2023, Jean Silva he debuted in the UFC in January this year with a technical knockout over Westin Wilson. Last Saturday (29), the Brazilian repeated the dose and knocked out the experienced Charles Jourdain No. UFC 303. A pupil of 'Fighting Nerds', the Santa Catarina native is undefeated in ten fights and has not been defeated since April 2018, when he was still playing in Brazil.
