“He's looking scary now. He's hitting harder than he's ever hit before. He has a new kind of strength and power. I think he just didn't have time to do that (lift weights). He was fighting as champion five times a year. Obviously, he didn't have time to lift weights and focus on strength training. So, yes, for him to have more time to add a little more size to his frame, that really positively impacted his performance,” Hooker said in an interview with The Sporting News Australia.
