After Sharpen your grappling skills with the two-time Olympic judo champion, Kayla harrison, the current UFC light heavyweight (up to 93 kg.) world champion, Alex Poatán appears to be evolving in the martial art. In an interview with the program 'The MMA Hour', by journalist Ariel Helwani, the American said she was impressed with the Brazilian's talent.

“He was showing me videos of himself training and he was killing it. I wish he would show me. He did the move I taught him and then did a combination in case the first move didn’t work. I was like, ‘Man, you look like a judoka!’ It’s crazy how quickly he picks up on things,” said Harrison, who promoted the kickboxer to judo yellow beltas a joke.

Like the Brazilian, the Olympic medalist is also making her second fight in the organization in UFC 307, having as opponent the second placed in the women's bantamweight ranking (up to 61,2 kg.), Ketlen Scallop. In her first appearance in the Ultimate, the former PFL champion won Holly holm by submission in the second round.
