A simple social media post may have revealed one of UFC's most closely guarded secrets. The nightclub 'Round Up Country NightClub', in a post on social media, implied that Colby covington, one of the main names in the welterweight division (up to 77kg), is reportedly preparing for a new fight in November.
The Instagram post, which thanks the fighter for attending an event, highlights that Covington was unable to participate in some activities because he was training for a fight.

“It was amazing to have Colby covington last weekend! Such a humble and nice guy. We weren’t able to get him on the mechanical bull since he’s in preparation for his fight in November, but hopefully next time we can. Thanks for taking pictures with our crew and photographer, and we hope to see you back soon,” Round Up Country NightClub wrote.
The date coincides with the UFC 309, which will take place in New York, a historic stage for great confrontations. The main fight of the night, between Jon Jones e Stipe Miocic, is already confirmed, but Covington's presence on the card would add even more excitement to the event.
Covington is ranked fifth, behind only Leon edwards, Kamaru Usman, Shavkat Rakhmonov, Jack Della Maddalena, in addition to the champion Belal Muhammad |.
Colby's opponent options are diverse and each has its own story. Usman has already defeated Covington twice and the rivalry between the two is one of the most intense in the division. Jack Della Maddalena e Ian Gary, young promises, represent a new challenge for the American veteran.
