UFC 306: Diego Lopes is favorite over Brian Ortega; Merab Dvalishvili and Valentina Shevchenko are underdogs

Saturday night (14) marks a new chapter in UFC history. The organization, in partnership with Sphere, promises an unprecedented audiovisual experience. The arena, with its gigantic screens and immersive sound system, will transform the fights into a true spectacle. For the main fights of the night, the champions Sean O'Malley e Alexa grasso are favorites to remain at the top of the division, despite tough clashes against Merab Dvalishvili e Valentina Shevchenko in bantamweight (up to 62,1 kg) and flyweight (up to 56,7 kg), respectively.

The rivalry between Sean O'Malley and Merab Dvalishvili promises to explode in the octagon. Bantamweight champion O'Malley will wear the famous red jacket, a symbol of the dispute between the two fighters, to the fight. The piece, which gained notoriety after an incident in 2022, promises to be the center of attention during the fight.

Looking for his second title defense, O'Malley arrives with high morale in Stake. Current champion, the American pays R$1,79. Dvalishvili, in turn, enters his first fight for the title with R$2,12.

Women's flyweight will have a new chapter in its history. Alexa grasso e Valentina Shevchenko, the main forces in the category, will face each other for the third time, in an unprecedented trilogy in women's MMA. The two fighters starred in exciting duels in 2023 and are now ready to define once and for all the best in the division.

Despite her history as champion, Valentina is an outsider to return to the top. The former champion is quoted at R$2,15. Alexa, in turn, is quoted at R$1,77.

Brazil will be well represented in the UFC 306. Diego lopes, one of the biggest promises in the featherweight division (up to 65,7 kg), will face a high-level challenge against Brian ortega. The Brazilian, with a sequence of victories, seeks to consolidate his position in the category ranking.

And, as well as its current phase, confidence is also reflected in the odds. The Brazilian pays R$1,55, while the 'T-City' has R$2,60 for every real bet.

Norm Dumont, on a meteoric rise in the bantamweight division, will have the opportunity to face the experienced Irene aldana. The Brazilian, with four consecutive victories, is looking to get even closer to the title fight. A triumph over the Mexican would be an important step in her career.

The odds are practically the same for the fight, with the Mexican being a slight favorite. Aldana has R$1,94, while Norma is a slight underdog at R$1,95.
