Valentina Shevchenko didn't give a chance Alexa grasso and regained the flyweight belt (up to 56,7 kg) in the co-main event of the UFC 306 this Saturday (14). The Kyrgyz woman demonstrated superiority in grappling, controlled most of the fight on the ground and secured victory by unanimous decision.

The trilogy between the two fighters was marked by moments of intensity. Shevchenko started the fight imposing her pace, taking the Mexican to the ground and working from dominant positions. Grasso, in turn, sought the submission with an arm triangle in the first round, but the former champion managed to defend herself.
