The former flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg) returns to the octagon to face the former bantamweight champion Petr yan No. UFC Macau, an event scheduled for November 23. The information was initially released by journalist Leonardo Guimarães on the social network 'X'.
It has not yet been defined, however, whether the confrontation between Deiveson Figueiredo e Petr yan will be the main fight of the UFC Macau. With that, it is also not yet certain whether the fight will have three or five rounds.

Two-time flyweight champion between 2020 and 2022, Deiveson has been undefeated since moving up to bantamweight. In his current division, the 'God of War' has lined up Rob font, Cody Gabrandt and, more recently, the Ecuadorian Marlon Vera, former title challenger.
On the other side, Petr yan was the bantamweight champion between 2020 and 2021, when he was dethroned by aljamain sterling right on the first attempt to defend. After suffering three consecutive defeats, the Russian bounced back with a victory over song yadong No. UFC 299, held in March of this year.
O UFC Macau marks the return of Ultimate to China after just over a year. Deiveson Figueiredo is the first Brazilian confirmed on the card for November 23rd.
