Over the past few weeks, Alex Poatán e Khalil rountree have made clear their intention to a fight fought entirely on foot in the main fight of UFC 307, this Saturday (5). Athlete in the strawweight (up to 52,1kg) and flyweight (up to 56,7kg) categories, Amanda ribas believes that the two light heavyweights (up to 93kg) are not joking around and predicts a duel between strikers.
In an exclusive interview with SUPER FIGHTS, Amanda even thought of a strategy that could be adopted by Brazilians.

“This fight shouldn’t go to the ground, but he (Poatan) has to be careful. One strategy would be to keep his distance and keep an eye on his (Rountree) movements,” he said.
Despite not seeing an easy fight, Amanda believes in Poatan's victory, especially given the Brazilian's current moment in the UFC.
“I think it will be a tough fight, but Poatan will win! I think he is doing very well and is confident! I think he will win,” he added.

At 31, Amanda ribas The UFC ranking is in 8th place in the strawweight category (up to 52,1 kg) and 10th in the flyweight category (up to 56,7 kg). The Minas Gerais native from Varginha, in the South of Minas Gerais, has 12 wins and five losses.
Her last fight was in the flyweight category on March 23 of this year, when she lost to the American and former champion Rose namajunas.
