The possibility of a superfight between Alex Poatán e Tom aspinall left the realm of speculation and gained more concrete contours. After the light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg.) provoke the interim holder of the heavyweights (up to 120,2 kg) on his social networks, the Briton responded with a handshake emoji, to signal his willingness for the confrontation.
Poatan's post, which featured a photo of himself with Aspinall in the background, stirred up the MMA community. The Brazilian's desire to win a third belt in different UFC categories had been previously aired, and the Brit's response seems to indicate that this superfight may be closer than ever.
