Few fighters are more qualified to talk about the weight of their opponents' hands than alistair overeem. With more than 20 years of career and almost 70 professional fights, the Dutchman, officially retired since 2023, pointed out Francis Ngannou as the owner of the most powerful hands he has ever faced.
With 15 knockouts suffered in his career, including names like Chuck Liddell, Mauricio Shogun, Rodrigo Minotauro, Sergei Kharitonov and Stipe Miocic, Overeem assured that none of them have as much destructive power in their fists as the Cameroonian, protagonist of PFL: Battle of Giants, this Saturday (19).

“The heaviest hand ever? Actually, yes, Francis Ngannou. I had a strategy for him, but all it took was one mistake. I was going to attack his base, but I overcommitted to that attack,” said the Dutchman in an interview with 'TalkSports'.
The Predator's knockout power doesn't exactly come as a surprise to anyone. At 38 years old, the former UFC champion has won 12 of his 17 career victories by knockout and has already taken down the likes of Stipe Miocic, alistair overeem, Junior Gypsy e Cain Velazquez.
This Saturday (19), Ngannou returns to MMA after almost three years and debuts in the PFL in a belt dispute against the Brazilian Renan Problem, in the main fight of PFL: Battle of Giants.
