Renan Problem was knocked out by Francis Ngannou in the PFL's 'Battle of the Giants', held this Saturday (19), in Saudi Arabia. Although he lost brutally in the first round, the Brazilian used his good humor, through social media, to reassure fans and give credit to his opponent.

In the fight for the PFL heavyweight belt (up to 120,2 kg), Renan was unable to stop the Cameroonian from falling and was knocked out after 3 minutes of fighting. In his Instagram Stories, 'Problema' said that, despite the defeat, he is happy with his dedication during the months leading up to the fight.
“Hey guys, Renan Problem here, broken (laughs). Yesterday was not a good day, but I am very happy with our dedication and with everything we developed at work. I have always had this in mind: not to lose to myself, due to lack of dedication and commitment. And, thank God, my conscience is clear. I worked hard there, arrived very well and was happy for the fight. Unfortunately, my opponent was superior and managed to impose a game that I could not defend the takedown and ended up getting into a very strong ground and pound, but that's it, life goes on. We will be back soon. I thank everyone there for the kind messages. We are always together. Oss!”, said Problema.
