In a story on his Instagram this Thursday (24), the current UFC light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg.) shared the video of the face-off between Ankalaev and Rakic ​​after the event's press conference and expressed his opinion on the confrontation.

With ten wins in the organization, the Russian holds the first position in the category ranking. If he has another successful fight, the next step would be a meeting with Poatan, who in turn has already stated his intention to make the path difficult of the enemy.

Since debuting in the UFC in 2021, Alex Poatán has quickly become one of the most popular fighters in the sport. A former middleweight champion (up to 83,9 kg), the São Paulo native moved up in weight in 2023 and won the belt in the higher category in November of last year, making three successful defenses since then.
