Rafael dos Anjos uses social media to reassure fans after bitter birthday: 'I'll be back soon'

On the day he turned 40, the Brazilian veteran Rafael dos Anjos faced a tough setback on the preliminary card of UFC 308, held on Saturday afternoon (26).
