Carlos Prates surpasses R$1 million in bonuses in 2024 with knockout at UFC Vegas 100

A victory of Carlos Prates against Neil Magny in the first round of the main fight of ufc vegas 100 guaranteed much more than just another triumph on his record. With the knockout, the Brazilian won the 'Performance of the Night' award, taking home a bonus of US$ 50 thousand (around R$ 286 thousand, at the current exchange rate).

In a fight of submission attempts, Luana Pinheiro loses to Canadian by unanimous decision

This is the fourth performance award won by the fighter, who also made history by becoming the first fighter to achieve four consecutive knockout victories in the UFC in less than a year.

One of these awards was won in his performance against Charles Radke, who also secured the bonus in the 100th edition of UFC Vegas by knocking out Matthew Semelsberger still in the first round, during the preliminary card.

Besides the two, Mansur Abdul-Malik e Da'mon Blackshear also won the Performance of the Night bonus, for victories against Dusko Todorovic e cody stmann, respectively. There was no Fight of the Night award.
