the return of Nick Diaz to the UFC octagon, scheduled for the UFC 310, is surrounded by uncertainty after the release of an alleged video that would show the fighter in a worrying situation. The images, which went viral on social media, show a man with a strong physical resemblance in a visibly weakened state, sitting on a street.
Confirmation that the man in the video was, in fact, Nick Diaz, came from the athlete's own ex-girlfriend, Kay, who in a post on her social media, lamented the situation and warned about the dangers of chemical dependency.

"Nick Diaz, drug addiction doesn't last forever. Either you find sobriety, or it takes your life,” Kay wrote on social media.
As the fight approaches, Nick Diaz must undergo examinations before facing Vincent Luque. In 2015, he was suspended for five years after testing positive for marijuana, still in the 'USADA Era', after defeat to Anderson Silva at UFC 183.
At 39, Nick Diaz has a record of 21 wins and 13 losses, and has faced big names in the sport, such as Anderson Silva and Georges St-Pierre, and won the Strikeforce welterweight belt.
