The Brazilian MMA team has been a sensation in recent times, with several fighters highlighted, including in the largest organization in the world in the field. The gym's symbolic accessory, a 'patched' pair of glasses, became a craze among fight lovers. Including the last one, a big celebrity: billionaire Elon Musk.

The success of 'The Fighting Nerds' has been so great that even Jon Jones recently surrendered to glasses when he attended the UFC Las Vegas 100, night when Carlos Prates , who is also part of the team, won Neil Magny.
The Fighting Nerds at UFC
Currently four standouts represent the Brazilian team in Dana White's organization: Caio Borralho, Carlos Prates, Jean Silva and Maurício Ruffy. The quartet has won all the fights they have fought so far. Outside of the UFC, the Fighting Nerds academy also has famous names, such as MC Livinho.
