After starring in one of the most surprising layoffs of recent times, Muhammad Mokayev will finally resume his professional career. After three months of inactivity, the flyweight (up to 56,7 kg) will make his return at Brave CF 91, on December 13, at the Khalifa Sports City arena, in Bahrain.

The fighter will face South African Luthando Biko, who is on a four-win streak and was champion of the Extreme Fighting Championship (EFC) in two different categories.
Mokaev was seen as one of the UFC's top prospects. The Englishman made his first fight in the world's largest MMA organization in 2022, and won all seven of his fights in the event. He won Manel kape by unanimous decision in his last appearance, in July of this year.
After the fight, Dana White announced at the post-event press conference that the UFC would not renew the athlete's contract. At the time, the UFC CEO said that the decision was motivated by Mokaev's conduct behind the scenes.
