“Obviously Khalil had that opportunity last time, so I think the next step, my next step would be against a guy like Khalil rountree”, Ulberg told the I ufc.co in a post-fight interview.

Ulberg also said he would like to fight in UFC 312 in Sydney, Australia on February 8th next year (check out Ulberg's interview below). An ambitious goal, since Khalil rountree still recovering from damages suffered in the fight against Alex Poatán No. UFC 307, last October. Not to mention whether the Brazilian fighter should actually remain in the welterweight category or if he will move up to the heavyweight category (up to 120,2 kg).

Carlos Ulberg is a native of New Zealand and has Samoan and German ancestry. He made his UFC octagon debut after participating in 'Dana White's Contender Series', but before that he was already popular in kickboxing, having trained at the same gym as MMA stars such as Israel adesanya e Alexander Volkanovsky.
