After being judged as guilty on rape charge, Conor McGregor begins to suffer the financial consequences of the conviction. This Monday (25), the developer IO Interactive publicly announced the fighter's departure from the game Hitman, whose voice was used in the character The Disruptor. Earlier this month, a quest involving the Irishman had become accessible to players.

Through an official statement, the company made it clear that the lawsuit was the sole and main reason for the decision to cut all ties with the former UFC featherweight (65,7 kg) and lightweight (70,3 kg) champion.

Hand, who will be compensated €248,603.60 (more than R$1,5 million), said when leaving the High Court in Dublin that the decision is proof of the existence of justice for all citizens.

“I hope my story is a reminder that no matter how scared you are, speak up, you have a voice and you continue to fight for justice. I know this has had a tremendous impact on not only my life, but my daughter’s life, my family and friends. It’s something I will never forget for the rest of my life,” she said.
