Alex Poatán participates in a music video with a female K-pop group in South Korea / Reproduction Instagram TripleS
The UFC light heavyweight champion (up to 93kg), Alex Poatán, has gained another chapter in his adventure in South Korea. On a break from the most famous octagon in the world, the Brazilian has been taking advantage of this time to fulfill professional commitments and, why not, also have some fun? Or perhaps, dance with a K-pop girl group?

Revealed in 2022, the group 'TripleS' is one of the most beloved by fans of the famous Korean musical style. On their official 'Instagram' account, the K-pop group made a post where Poatan appears participating in a music video. The Brazilian starts doing his traditional 'bow and arrow' pose until the other members of the group appear. And then, with a shy smile on his face, he starts rehearsing some steps with the girls. (see below)
This was just one of Poatan's many adventures this month in the Asian country. The UFC champion trained 'hard' with a local boxer, was surprised by action movie actor Don Lee on the famous measuring machine punch force and fulfilled two 'peculiar' requests from a fan, who asked to receive punches in the belly and kicks to the side of one of the legs.
Indefinite future
After defending the UFC light heavyweight belt for the third time by knocking out Khalil rountree, last October, Poatan's next fight is still a mystery. The champion of the category may face Magomed Ankalayev or move up to heavyweight (up to 120,2 kg) where he will be on a collision course with the current champion, Jon Jones, and the interim division champion, Tom aspinall.
