McGregor's fiancée even stated the existence of new evidence, which according to her, will be attached to the case.
“I look forward to the day when the world sees the footage of you that night and your behavior. It’s not a problem that you’re having the time of your life. This is the real evidence. A video that no one knew was being made at that moment and that you miraculously don’t remember. To me, it looks like you’re the one sexually abusing someone in the elevator. Leaving the High Court in Dublin, Nikita Hand said she was relieved by the decision and happy for the support she had received from other women.
“I hope my story is a reminder that no matter how scared you are, speak up, you have a voice and you continue to fight for justice. I know this has had a tremendous impact on not only my life, but my daughter’s life, my family and friends. It’s something I will never forget for the rest of my life,” she said.
