Despite having started his career in the Ultimate with a victory in the 100th edition of UFC Vegas, Ridder's Reinier is just at the beginning of his journey and there seems to be no time to waste. According to journalist Alexander Behunin, from the North American website MMA Mania, the Dutchman returns to the octagon in the first pay-per-view of 2025, against Kevin holland. The fight will be valid for the middleweight division (up to 83,9 kg) and will take place on January 18, in Los Angeles.

Ridder's Reinier
De Ridder made his debut in the world's largest MMA organization earlier this month. The former two-division One Championship champion won Gerald meerschaert by submission in the third round with a katagatame. At the press conference, he said he was happy to be in the UFC and advised other fighters to avoid signing contracts with the Asian event.
At 34 years old, the Dutchman has 20 professional fights and has only been defeated twice, by the same opponent, Anatoly Malykhin. With grappling skills as his main characteristic, 12 of his 18 triumphs have been by submission.
