As he prepares to return to the boxing ring against Tommy Fury, the world champion's younger brother Tyson Fury, Darren till expressed interest in facing two names that are at the very least curious in a boxing match: Cristiano Ronaldo and Gary Neville.
Asked by a Norwegian media outlet if he would be interested in facing someone from the world of football, the former UFC welterweight (up to 77,1 kg) title challenger and Liverpool fan named his compatriot, former full-back and Manchester United legend, with whom he claims to have had an argument on social media, and the Portuguese star, also with a notable stint at the 'Red Devils'.

“Gary Neville, because he and I had a Twitter argument. He doesn’t like me. I have a little rivalry with Gary. I don’t hate him, but I would probably pick him or Cristiano Ronaldo, because Cristiano seems like a big, strong guy. I’d like to see his speed and power. He seems very explosive. Obviously he’s ripped, right? He doesn’t drink Coke or anything like that. I need to get some tips from him,” Till joked.
Cristiano Ronaldo is no stranger to the world of fighting. Since joining Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, the Portuguese star has been a regular presence at major boxing and MMA events in the country.
