Kai Asakura feels that the UFC flyweight division needs a change… and he promises to be just that. But Asakura isn't just looking to spice things up in the UFC. The Japanese fighter believes part of the excitement will be dethroned the current flyweight champion Alexandre pantoja.

“I don’t feel like Pantoja is too old, in fact I think he’s probably at the peak of his powers. He’s an excellent, well-rounded fighter. For me, it’s obvious that going forward there needs to be a change and a new king in town, and that’s why I’m here, to take over the flyweight division,” he concluded.
