There will be UFC in Brazil! During Press conference post-event of the UFC 310, which took place last Saturday (7) in Las Vegas, USA, the president of the organization, Dana White, revealed that an event should be held on Brazilian soil in 2025.

The question was asked by reporter Velber Viana from SUPER FIGHTS, which covered the UFC 310 on site in Las Vegas. Despite having confirmed the event in one of the most traditional countries within MMA next year, the head of the organization has not yet revealed which city should host the fights.

“Do we expect an event (in Brazil)? Yes. We will have an event in Brazil. In 2025, yes. I understand (the question). Yes (it will happen). Where? I don’t know. But we will,” Dana said.

Although the UFC's favorite destinations in Brazil are Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, there has been much speculation about an event in Brasília, but Curitiba and Fortaleza are also strong names. Dana also did not detail whether it will be a numbered event with a title fight or a 'Fight Night', with no title fights planned.

2025 Calendar

The calendar of the largest MMA organization in the world begins next year with UFC Vegas 101, on January 11th. Soon after, the plane lands in Los Angeles, where the first numbered event of the year will be held, the UFC 311.
