The world of MMA continues to look to the future, but some legends of the sport are not far from their roots. The greatest name in the history of the flyweight division (up to 56,7 kg), Demetrious Johnson showed that he is still active in training, even after refusing the challenge of Alexandre pantoja No. UFC 310. Shortly after the event, he posted a series of videos and photos on his social media alongside Khabib Nurmagomedov e Islam makhachev.
Although the focus of the training was on Makhachev, Demetrious' presence did not go unnoticed. The images, published by Khabib, showed a training session focused on improving the skills of Islam, the current lightweight champion (up to 70,3 kg), who is preparing for his belt defense against Arman Tsarukyan. The fight takes place in UFC 311, in January.
