Manel Kape lost his temper after a comment made by his rival Kai Kara-France . The Portuguese fighter is riding high after defeating Bruno 'Bulldog' at UFC Tampa in the flyweight division (up to 56,7 kg) by knockout in the third round. After the victory, Manel Kape called for a title fight against Alexandre Pantoja , but also targeted another competitor: Kai Kara-France.

In a post-fight interview full of explicit remarks, Kape criticized 'Don't Blink', as did his teammate Israel Adesanya . In an interview with journalist Ariel Helwani earlier this week, Kara-France responded by saying that the flyweight rival is 'All talk. Lots of barking, no bite', and that his top priority is securing a rematch with Pantoja. 'The Cannibal' declared after his UFC 310 victory earlier this month that the New Zealander was his likely next title challenger.
Using his account on 'X' (formerly Twitter), Manel Kape responded to his rival's recent comments in a very rude manner.
'If there weren't cameras, you'd still be unconscious.' Then, the Portuguese man says a 'flirtatious' phrase and ends with 'I'm going to hit you until you love me.' (see below)

With Pantoja's 'invitation', it's unlikely that Kape and Kai Kara will face each other anytime soon. As for the Portuguese fighter, the sky's the limit for the 31-year-old. With his victory at UFC Tampa , the flyweight has now won five of his last six appearances in the octagon. So far, it's unknown what's next for 'Starboy'.
