one day after Merab Dvalishvili be barred at the entrance to the UFC Performance Institute, Islam makhachev posted a photo of himself at the location – inside. In the image, he climbs the stairs that give access to the octagons alongside the Georgian's next opponent: Umar Nurmagomedov. As if that weren't enough, the location is indicated in the post.

The publication on Tuesday (24) can be considered a strong provocation. According to Merab, he was simply denied access to the organization's Performance Institute on Monday (23). In a video posted on his Instagram account, the Georgian complained about the situation.

In the same video, at the door of the Institute, the bantamweight champion (up to 61,2 kg) threatened the Russian, his opponent on January 18th.
“I’m going to crush this guy because of all the disrespect, all the lies he was telling. You better show up, Umar. Today you’re protected. Don’t worry, I’m not going to punch you before the fight. January 18, no one is going to protect you,” Dvalishvili said. (see video below)
