In a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan highlighted Cormier's career and emphasized that, despite not having the typical physique of a heavyweight, he dominated the division in Strikeforce and won a double championship in the UFC. The commentator described Cormier as an extremely friendly and kind person, although he acknowledged his ability to "crush" anyone.

“Daniel was the light heavyweight champion and the heavyweight champion. He was the world champion in two divisions and dominated a division in Strikeforce that he shouldn’t even be in at heavyweight. He’s like 1,80-foot-XNUMX, he’s not a big guy. He’s just an insane tank of a human being. His fighting was so insane and his will was so insane. He dominated two different divisions. He was a killer. The nicest guy you would ever meet in your life. If you were around him, you would never believe that he could take anyone in the room and smash them in the head,” Rogan said.
