Rayanne started off strong. With a strong rhythm in the exchanges, the Brazilian landed a strong blow early on, which made Alice wobble. Her opponent, however, started to apply pressure and found some good combinations. With that, Dos Santos pressed against the fence to take her to the ground, but without success. The first round was very good.

Both fighters relied on stand-up strikes and alternated between good and bad moments, with the highlight being a blitz by the Romanian in the final stretch. The second round started off strong for Alice, who took her down to confuse her opponent and, when she got back to her feet, pressed her in the exchanges. Rayanne then evolved and worked strikes, but without managing to put much pressure on her.

The third round was a pressure round for the Brazilian and she seemed to know it. Dos Santos landed good combinations and worked crosses on Alice, who already had swelling under her eye. Rayanne went in for a takedown with 1m30s left in the fight. The Romanian, however, turned the situation around and came back on her feet.
