There are only a few days left to face Merab Dvalishvili For the second time, Sean O'Malley looks confident and motivated to regain the bantamweight belt (up to 61,2 kg.) in the main fight of the UFC 316. So much so that the American set aside time to meet with Plínio Cruz, the main coach of Alex Poatán, last Tuesday (4). In addition to training, the group took the opportunity to replicate the famous dance of the former Ultimate light heavyweight champion (up to 93 kg).

The dance became famous among sports fans after the Brazilian was seen with the team doing the choreography before facing Jiri Prochazka for the second time in UFC 303, still in the locker room. In the US, the gesture became known as the 'Flame Dance'.
Poatan still has no date to return to the UFC
The biggest star in the Ultimate today, Alex was defeated by Magomed Ankalaev and since then there is still no forecast for his return to the sport. Just like O'Malley, who was defeated by Dvalishvili last year, the Brazilian should step into the octagon against the Russian again in his next commitment.
