O UFC 316, held this Saturday (7), crowned four athletes with the 'Performance of the Night' bonus, each awarded with US$ 50 thousand (around R$ 278 thousand). The current bantamweight champion (up to 61,2 kg.) Merab Dvalishvili and the 'new queen' Kayla harrison are on the list. Kevin holland e Joo Sang Yoo also stood out with spectacular victories, all finished before the limit.
Merab Dvalishvili not only defended his title against Sean O'Malley, as he put on a show over the challenger with a display of absolute control. After three rounds, the Georgian submitted the American with a guillotine choke. This was his 13th consecutive victory in the UFC and the second title defense in 2025.
