The passage of Ariane Lipski da Silva for the Ultimate. The flyweight (up to 56,7 kg) from Paraná, known as the “Queen of Violence”, did not have her contract renewed after suffering her third consecutive defeat for the organization, against Cong Wang, on the preliminary card of the UFC 316, an event held last Saturday (7), in Newark, New Jersey, in the United States. The news was initially released by the FullContactMTWF profile.
At 31 years old, Ariane made her octagon debut in 2019, arriving in the octagon as champion of the Polish event KSW, where she had already built a great reputation thanks to her aggressiveness. In the Ultimate, she fought 14 fights: six wins and eight losses, which ended up making her record irregular given the high level of the division.
Ariane experienced her best moment in 2023, the year in which she achieved three consecutive victories. Since then, however, the Brazilian has been surpassed by Karina Silva, Jasmine Jasudavicius and most recently Cong Wang, with the added problem of not having managed to make weight on this last occasion.
At 31, Ariane Lipski da Silva leaves the UFC with a professional record of 17 wins and 11 losses.
