The American's presence at the São Paulo gym, voted the best in the world in 2024, was not ceremonial. Dressed in training gear, 'Triple C' led specific exercises focusing on clinch transitions, escapes from pressure on the fence and takedowns. Jean Silva shared a video of the moment on social media.

Cejudo's arrival crowns the philosophy of the team founded by Caio Borralho and Pablo Sucupira in 2014. The academy became popular for its analytical approach, focused on the study and evolution of fighting, in addition to its iconic fake-lens glasses, a symbol of its 'nerd' identity.

The method values individualized tactical study, with video analysis sessions and technical adjustments for each opponent.
