'Karma' appeared in the UFC Baku. In the preliminary card of this Saturday's event (21), in the capital of Azerbaijan, Jun Yong Park derrotou Ismail Naurdiev in a unanimous decision by the judges (29-26, 29-26, 29-25) after almost being knocked out by an illegal blow from his opponent.
The incident occurred in the second round of the fight. Clearly in a three-point position, with his knee fixed to the ground, Park was the victim of a hard knee from Naurdiev, who came out celebrating after the referee stopped the fight. The blow caused a significant injury to the South Korean's left eye, who still chose to use the recovery time and return to the fight, even with the possibility of securing an eventual victory by disqualification.

Park's courageous decision proved to be the right one. After the referee took two points from Naurdiev and resumed the fight, the South Korean took control of the fight, 'crushed' his opponent and almost finished the fight, but secured a 'rout' in the judges' decision.
