There's not much left! This Saturday (28) the vacant lightweight belt (up to 70,3kg) will have a new owner. The fight will be between Charles of the Bronx e Ilia Topuria in the main fight of UFC 317, closing the International Fight Week. There is no shortage of polls and analyses of the duel. One of them came from the featherweight champion (up to 65,7 kg): Alexander Volkanovsky. The Australian's bet is on Ilia Topuria.

“He (Topuria) is so aggressive. He takes a lot of risks, he gets in your face, he comes forward. It’s like, yes, you can hit him, but something is going to come at you too — and they’re always dangerous guys. Especially for me, the only way to lose is to get caught. Responsible for ending the traditional International Struggle Week, UFC 317, one of the most anticipated events of 2025, had its card finalized with 12 fights, including two title fights. In addition to the main attraction between Ilia Topuria e Charles of the Bronx, in the co-main event, the current flyweight champion (up to 56,7 kg), Alexandre pantoja, seeks fourth title defense against Kai Kara-France, reviving a rivalry that began in 2016 on The Ultimate Fighter, when the Brazilian defeated the New Zealander.

In addition to the belt disputes, Brazil will be represented by five other fighters: Renato Moicano faces Beneil Dariush in lightweight; Felipe Lima measure forces with Payton Talbott in the rooster; and in the preliminary card, Gregory Robocop face Jack hermansson, Viviane Araujo clashes with Tracy Cortez, and the heavyweight Jonathan Diniz duel with Alvin Hines.
