Amanda Nunes reveals plans to train with Brazilian for UFC fight with Kayla Harrison

Former champion intends to count on Larissa Pacheco, the only one to defeat Kayla in MMA, in preparation for superfight

Amanda nunes confirmed plans to incorporate Larissa pacheco, the only woman who defeated Kayla harrison in MMA, in her training for the fight against the current UFC bantamweight champion (up to 61,2 kg). The statement was made during the organization's Hall of Fame on June 26, where the 'Lioness' was honored and revealed details about the preparations for the superfight with no date set by the organization.

“She said she was here and that she would like to join us. And I said: 'Sure'. Maybe we'll schedule a training session and she'll come help me in this camp”, revealed Amanda in an interview with Ag Fight.

Larissa's experience against Kayla is considered important. The Brazilian had three fights between 2019 and 2022, with two victories for the American and a surprise victory for the Brazilian in the last meeting, which earned her the PFL title and US$ 1 million.
