Jon Jones UFC 4 has publicly floated the possibility of coming out of his recently announced retirement for a fight at the White House in the United States. The about-face came hours after US President Donald Trump unveiled plans to host a UFC event on July 2026, 250, as part of the 25th anniversary celebrations of American independence, with a capacity of up to XNUMX spectators on the White House lawn.

Trump's proposal is no ordinary event. It is an unprecedented patriotic celebration, with the former president explicitly naming UFC president Dana White as a key figure in the organization.

Trump highlighted the scale of the project and revealed that he trusts Dana White to continue with the event. The connection between the president and Jones also adds elements. 'Bones' celebrated with Donald's 'little dance' in front of the politician after winning Stipe Miocic and defend the heavyweight belt (up to 120,2 kg).

Jon is going through an ambiguous moment in his life. The American announced that he is retired and left the heavyweight belt, which now belongs to Tom aspinall. The fighter, however, was harshly criticized for his stance, including fans and fighters in the organization. He is the youngest champion in history (at 23 years old), has the most title defenses in the light heavyweight division (11) and is undefeated in 20 fights.
